The Electro Harmonix and JHS Lizard Queen pedal is a true celebration of Electro-Harmonix's illustrious past. Designed by Josh Scott of JHS Pedals and graphic designer Daniel Danger, the Lizard Queen Octave Fuzz pays homage to EHX's celebrated designs from the 1970s. The pedal is a replica of the original circuit design created by JHS Pedals, which was inspired by EHX's fuzz pedigree and features a unique analog octave up circuit.

The Lizard Queen's roots can be traced back to 2022 when Josh Scott first introduced the new design on his YouTube channel, The JHS Show. The pedal quickly gained a massive following among guitarists, thanks to its unique tone and vintage-inspired graphics. It was clear that the pedal was an instant classic that deserved to be brought to life.

Electro-Harmonix engineers stepped in to help make Josh's vision a reality. They painstakingly recreated the original circuit design, while also making sure that the pedal remained true to the spirit of the 1970s EHX design era. The result is a truly remarkable pedal that captures the essence of EHX's past while also pushing the boundaries of modern fuzz technology.

The Lizard Queen is housed in EHX's Nano-sized stomp chassis, which makes it incredibly compact and easy to use. The pedal features three knobs that give players complete control over their sound. The Volume knob controls the overall output volume level, while the Octave knob adjusts the level of the octave-up signal from zero to full octave chaos. The Balance knob sets the tone balance between the smoother Shadow setting and the raspy, biting Sun setting.

Overall, the Electro Harmonix and JHS Lizard Queen pedal is a fitting tribute to Electro-Harmonix's past, while also pushing the boundaries of modern fuzz technology. With its unique analog octave up circuit, vintage-inspired graphics, and compact size, it's no wonder that this pedal has quickly become a favorite among guitarists and fuzz fanatics. Whether you're looking for crushing rhythm tones or chimey, clanging lead sounds, the Lizard Queen pedal has got you covered.
